A pesar de que esta canción fué dedicada por una liberal americana a ex-presidente de EEUU, la letra cuadra muy bien para cualquier presidente, en especial, el de Venezuela.

" Article IV:   "Every child will be cared for by their parents until reaches the age of 3 years, after that the child must be committed to the to the Organization of "Circulos Infantiles" (sort-of infant clubs organization) for their education as well as physical, mental and civic capacity.
